I got introduced to the HDOR community and concept in my very first year of running in 2017 which helped me develop running as a part of my routine life. 2 years later I completed the challenge again (2019) this time with a target of 5 km a day on average to add a little bit of a challenge to the routine. Ever since both events I’ve come to realise that my passion for running as 100 Days of Running Day is not about competing with others but more about competing with oneself and testing one’s dedication and determination towards anything in life, in this case of course through running.

I may not be running every day post the event but it sure has added that much-needed regularity to my life.
