My first experience with 100 Days of Running was awesome; the challenge in itself was very exciting and brought out the best in me. Completed a few of the mandatory daily runs quite late in the night, one of them was completed at 11:58 PM :).
Finishing 3rd in the United States was one of my biggest achievement, never knew I could be so serious in running. Running is one of the best exercises which builds up strength, focus as well as endurance and to add to this helps in a lot of prevailing health issues.
100 Days of Running is the best platform to keep one motivated, a brilliant idea and initiative.
