HDOR helps imbibe a healthy practice of investing in self-development which pays the highest dividends. That’s the minimum we should do to keep ourselves fit helping align our body, mind and soul. I have been participating in the HDOR challenge since 2017 and the year 2020 is going to be the fourth consecutive year of participation. This brings the discipline back and forces you to think about yourself, your body, your mind and your soul. And, the healthy combination of these three is “FITNESS”.
