‘100 Days of Running’ is very close to my heart and I wait every year for edition to start with new challenges. I try to do between 5-10 km on a daily basis and if I go slow or reduce frequency 100 days reminds or pull me back on track not only to run but also to stay fit and healthy in a natural way. Also, this encourages me to motivate others and get them along for a run.
