I am Subhakar Singh, a 44-year-old man who retired from the Indian Air Force.
My fitness journey started in 2018 when I joined HDOR with a body weight of 101 kg and a waist size of 40 cm. Poor eating habits and no exercise pushed me into bad shape. One day, I decided to run with all my efforts, but after covering 500 metres, my lungs filled with pain and agony, and I had to stop. Being a defensive person, I decided not to give up and continued. That’s when I joined the 100 Days of Running Challenge 2018 to build a routine for 100 days and become a strong and regular runner.
Since then, I have become a regular runner who does cycling and gym training and has participated in 90+ running events and 10+ cycling events.
