Refund and Cancellation Policy

Participation for an event can be cancelled 24 hours prior to start time of Event. In such cases the fee charged at the time registration will be refunded to the participant. The participants need to write cancellation/refund request to support@hdor.com.

The refund amount is subject to conditions and event gratification associated. Specifically following cases arise in case of cancellation

  • If cancellation request is within 5 days from date of registration and at least 24 hours before the event start.– 100% of what you payed will be refunded
  • If cancellation request is after 5 days from date of registration.– No refund
  • If cancellation request is made after event start date.– No refund

Note: Every event can have its specific refund policy. In case there is in consistency between cancellation/ refund policy of event and policy mentioned in this section then cancellation/refund policy of the event will take precedence. We would recommend users to read Terms & Conditions of every Event before booking the tickets.

If, for any unforeseen reason, the event is cancelled, postponed, suspended or delayed, HDOR will make public announcement via digital media, emails, sms etc and declare the refund applicable.

In case of events hosted by other organizers, registrations issued are subjected to the Rules and Regulations of the Event Organiser. Full details are available from the Event Organisers. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle HDOR or the Event Organiser to eject you from the venue.

Registrations may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number.
