Terms & Services
Effective Date: 27 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HDOR – Hundred Days of Running platform, including the HDOR website, mobile application, software, digital interfaces, virtual running challenges, leaderboards and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Procam International Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 14, James Court, Marine Drive, Mumbai – 400020 ("Procam", "Company", "we", "our" or "us").
By creating an Account, registering for an Event, accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires:
- Account means the registered participant account created to access the Platform.
- Activity Data means any running, walking or fitness activity recorded on or imported into the Platform including distance, duration, pace, elevation, GPS route, cadence, heart rate, calories, timestamps and similar metrics.
- Badge includes any digital achievement, milestone, streak, medal, certificate, reward or recognition issued through the Platform.
- Childmeans an individual aged between thirteen (13) years and eighteen (18) years whose parent or lawful guardian has completed the registration process on the child's behalf.
- Content includes photographs, videos, comments, reviews, messages, Activity Data, audio recordings and all other material uploaded or shared through the Platform.
- Event means any virtual running challenge, competition, campaign or programme hosted through the Platform.
- Fees means the registration fees payable for participation in any paid Event.
- Leaderboard means any ranking, score, milestone, challenge result or comparative display of participants.
- Platform means the HDOR website, mobile application, APIs, software, virtual events and all related services.
- Privacy Policy means the HDOR Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.
- Third Party Services means any third-party application or device integrated with the Platform, including Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Health Connect/Google Fit, Fitbit, MapMyFitness and any other compatible fitness tracking service.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
2.1 Acceptance
By accessing or using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Procam governed by these Terms.
If you register on behalf of another person or a child, you represent that you possess the legal authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and undertake to submit the authorisation as and when required by Procam.
2.2 Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
(a) you are at least thirteen (13) years of age;
(b) if below eighteen (18) years, your registration has been completed by your parent or legal guardian;
(c) all information supplied by you is true, complete and accurate;
(d) you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2.3 Verification
Procam may require proof of identity, age, residence or parental consent at any time.
Failure to furnish satisfactory verification may result in suspension or cancellation of registration without liability.
2.4 Right to Reject Registration
Procam reserves the absolute right to refuse, reject or cancel any registration where it reasonably believes that:
- eligibility requirements are not satisfied;
- false information has been provided;
- participation may adversely affect the integrity of an Event;
- participation would violate applicable law;
- the participant has previously breached these Terms.
Acceptance of registration shall not create any obligation upon Procam to permit continued participation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Participants shall maintain only one Account unless expressly authorised otherwise.
You shall:
- maintain accurate information;
- promptly update changes;
- safeguard login credentials;
- immediately notify Procam of unauthorised access.
You remain solely responsible for all activities undertaken through your Account.
Accounts are personal to the registered participant and shall not be sold, transferred, assigned, licensed, gifted or otherwise made available to any third party.
Procam may suspend any Account where suspicious login activity, impersonation or credential sharing is detected.
4. Description of the Platform
The Platform enables participants to voluntarily undertake running or fitness activities at locations and times selected entirely by the participant.
The Platform does not organise, supervise or monitor physical running activities.
Participants independently determine:
- their running route;
- weather conditions;
- timing;
- equipment;
- hydration;
- safety measures;
- traffic compliance.
Procam does not provide marshals, medical personnel, route supervision or on-ground safety assistance.
Any certificates, rankings, leaderboards, badges, milestones or achievements displayed on the Platform are intended solely for motivational and recreational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Leaderboards, Challenges and Gamification
The Platform includes community features such as:
- leaderboards;
- challenges;
- streaks;
- milestones;
- badges;
- digital certificates;
- achievements;
- points;
- rewards.
Leaderboards are provisional and subject to verification.
Procam may, at any time and without prior notice:
- recalculate rankings;
- remove participants;
- modify scores;
- invalidate Activity Data;
- withdraw certificates;
- revoke badges;
- withdraw rewards;
- amend challenge rules;
- cancel or reset leaderboards.
No leaderboard position, badge or digital recognition shall constitute a legally enforceable entitlement.
Digital badges and certificates possess no monetary value and are non-transferable.
6. Third Party Services
The Platform may integrate with Third Party Services.
Such integrations are provided solely for participant convenience.
Procam:
- does not own;
- control;
- endorse;
- certify;
- warrant;
any Third Party Service.
Activity Data imported from Third Party Services may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, corrupted or inaccurate.
Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of imported Activity Data.
Disconnection of a Third Party Service shall prevent future synchronisation but shall not automatically delete data already imported into the Platform.
Procam shall not be liable for losses/inaccuracny arising from:
- GPS inaccuracies;
- API failures;
- syncing failures;
- wearable device malfunction;
- internet outages;
- server latency;
- battery failures;
- software incompatibility;
- firmware issues;
- operating system updates;
- failures of Third Party Services.
7. Fees, Payment, Refunds and Cancellation
Participation in certain Events requires payment of Fees.. Applicable Fees shall be displayed before registration. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax ("GST") or any other applicable indirect taxes, duties or levies, which shall be borne by the participant.
Where Fees are quoted or accepted in a currency other than Indian Rupees (INR), the amount payable shall be in the currency selected at the time of payment. Any currency conversion, exchange rate fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, bank charges, card issuer charges or payment gateway charges imposed by the participant's bank, card issuer or payment service provider shall be borne solely by the participant. Procam shall not be responsible for any variation in the amount charged due to exchange rate movements or charges levied by third parties.
Procam does not collect or store payment card/bank account credentials.
7.1 Refund Policy
Except where prohibited by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise:
- registration Fees are non-refundable;
- convenience fees;
- payment gateway charges;
- banking charges;
- currency conversion charges;
- taxes;
shall not be refundable.
Where Procam announces a refund policy for a specific Event, such policy shall prevail.
Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed within thirty (30) business days to the original payment method.
7.2 Participant Cancellation
Where cancellation is permitted, cancellation requests shall only be accepted through the Platform before the applicable cut-off date notified for the relevant Event.
No refund shall be available where:
- the participant voluntarily withdraws after the cut-off;
- the participant fails to commence an Event;
- the participant partially completes an Event;
- the participant fails to upload Activity Data;
- technical issues arise from the participant's own device, internet connection or Third Party Service;
- participation is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms.
7.3 Event Modification
Procam reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, combine, shorten, extend or cancel any Event where reasonably necessary.
Where an Event is cancelled by Procam prior to commencement, Procam may, at its sole discretion:
(a) transfer the participant to another Event;
(b) provide Platform credit;
(c) issue a partial refund;
(d) issue a full refund.
The foregoing remedies shall constitute the participant's sole and exclusive remedy arising from cancellation or modification of an Event.
8. Medical Fitness Declaration and Assumption of Risk
8.1 Voluntary Participation
Participation in the Platform and every Event is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you have independently elected to participate after considering your own physical condition, experience and capabilities.
You understand that Procam is only providing a technology platform for virtual participation and is not organising, supervising or controlling your physical activity.
8.2 Medical Fitness Declaration
By registering for or participating in an Event, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you are physically and medically fit to participate in running or similar physical activity;
(b) you have not been advised by any medical practitioner against participating in such activity;
(c) you are not aware of any illness, injury, disability or medical condition that could make participation unsafe;
(d) the information furnished by you during registration is true and accurate.
Where registration is completed for a Child, the parent or lawful guardian makes the above declaration on behalf of the Child.
8.3 Medical Advice
You acknowledge that Procam does not provide medical advice.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to consult a qualified medical practitioner before participating, particularly if you:
- suffer from any cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or musculoskeletal condition;
- are pregnant;
- are recovering from illness or surgery;
- have recently resumed exercise after a prolonged break; or
- are otherwise uncertain about your fitness.
You agree to discontinue participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, breathlessness, loss of consciousness or any other warning symptoms.
8.4 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in running and outdoor physical activity involves inherent and unavoidable risks which cannot be completely eliminated.
Such risks include, without limitation:
- falls and slips;
- collisions with vehicles, pedestrians or other runners;
- uneven roads and surfaces;
- construction zones;
- poor lighting;
- adverse weather conditions;
- lightning;
- flooding;
- landslides;
- pollution;
- heat exhaustion;
- dehydration;
- hypothermia;
- animal attacks;
- insect bites;
- criminal acts of third parties;
- equipment malfunction;
- wearable device failure;
- GPS inaccuracies;
- mobile phone failure;
- communication failures;
- delayed emergency response;
- illness;
- permanent disability;
- death.
You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
8.5 Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- selecting a safe route;
- complying with traffic laws;
- complying with local laws and regulations;
- carrying adequate water and nutrition;
- using suitable footwear and equipment;
- monitoring weather conditions;
- ensuring your personal safety;
- obtaining medical assistance where required;
- arranging insurance that you consider appropriate.
Procam neither assumes nor accepts responsibility for any decision made by you before, during or after participation.
9. Acceptable Use and Anti-Cheating Policy
9.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not engage in any activity that compromises the integrity, security or fairness of any Event.
9.2 Prohibited Conduct
Without limitation, you shall not:
(a) submit false, fabricated or manipulated Activity Data;
(b) upload activity performed by another individual;
(c) record activity using motor vehicles, scooters or any other unauthorised means;
(d) manipulate GPS signals or location data;
(e) modify GPX files or device data;
(f) use bots, scripts, automated software or artificial means to generate participation;
(g) create multiple Accounts;
(h) impersonate another participant;
(i) misuse referral programmes or promotional campaigns;
(j) interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
(k) upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or infringing Content;
(l) attempt to reverse engineer, hack or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
(m) Impersonate.
9.3 Verification of Activity
To preserve the integrity of Events, Procam may verify Activity Data using one or more of the following:
- GPS analysis;
- steps analysis;
- pace/speed analysis;
- elevation analysis;
- route analysis;
- timestamp verification;
- comparison with historical performance;
- Third Party Service records;
- manual review;
- automated fraud detection systems;
- artificial intelligence assisted verification;
- any other verification process considered appropriate by Procam.
Procam is under no obligation to disclose the methodology used for fraud detection.
9.4 Investigation
Where Procam reasonably suspects manipulation or breach of these Terms, it may require the participant to provide:
- original GPX files;
- smartwatch records;
- screenshots;
- photographs;
- device logs;
- identity verification;
- additional information considered reasonably necessary.
Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification.
9.5 Consequences
Without prejudice to any other rights available under law, Procam may:
- reject Activity Data;
- remove leaderboard rankings;
- revoke badges;
- revoke certificates;
- withdraw prizes;
- deducts the points;
- suspend participation;
- terminate Accounts;
- permanently prohibit future participation;
- report fraudulent conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Procam's determination regarding Event integrity shall be final and binding unless manifestly erroneous.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including: software; source code; object code; graphics; user interface; Event concepts; logos; trademarks; badges; content; databases; designs; documentation; audio, video; shall remain the exclusive property of Procam or its licensors.
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to a participant.
Participants receive only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial participation.
No participant shall copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written consent.
11. User Generated Content
You retain ownership of Content created by you.
However, by uploading, submitting or sharing any Content through the Platform, you grant Procam an irrevocable (to the extent permitted by law), worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual (for archival Content), transferable, sublicensable and non-exclusive licence to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- publish;
- communicate to the public;
- display;
- transmit;
- distribute;
- edit;
- crop;
- resize;
- translate;
- adapt;
- modify;
- combine with other material;
- create derivative works;
- use in promotional campaigns;
- use in advertisements;
- publish on websites;
- publish on mobile applications;
- publish on social media platforms;
- publish in print;
- publish in audio-visual productions;
for the purposes of operating, promoting, improving and marketing the Platform, HDOR and any other events organised or promoted by Procam.
This licence shall survive termination of your Account solely in respect of Content already published or reasonably required for archival, legal or promotional purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have all necessary rights/license to the Content;
- the Content does not infringe third-party rights;
- all identifiable individuals appearing in the Content have granted necessary permissions and/or consent to upload the photos/videso.
12. Publicity Release
You expressly consent to Procam using your:
- name;
- display name;
- age category;
- city;
- photograph;
- likeness;
- voice;
- video recordings;
- Activity Data;
- leaderboard position;
- achievements;
- testimonials;
in connection with:
- publicity;
- advertising;
- promotional campaigns;
- sponsorship activities;
- social media;
- documentaries;
- websites;
- digital marketing;
- future editions of HDOR;
without payment of any royalty, licence fee or additional compensation.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished promotional material in which such content appears.
13. Participant Representations
You represent, warrant and undertake that:
- all information submitted is accurate;
- your participation complies with applicable law;
- your participation does not infringe third-party rights;
- you shall comply with Event Rules and these Terms;
- you shall not misuse the Platform.
Any breach of this Clause shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
14. Suggestions and Feedback
Participants may voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, comments or feedback regarding the Platform.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all such feedback shall be deemed non-confidential.
You grant Procam a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, implement, modify and commercialise such feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
Procam shall have no obligation to implement any feedback submitted by participants.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
15.1 Platform Provided "As Is"
The Platform is provided on an "as is", "as available" and "with all faults" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Procam does not represent or warrant that:
(a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
(b) any defect or bug will be corrected within a particular timeframe;
(c) the Platform will always be available or compatible with every device, browser or operating system;
(d) Activity Data, GPS information, rankings, badges, certificates or Leaderboards will be accurate, complete or free from error;
(e) any Event or feature will continue to be available indefinitely.
15.2 No Medical Advice
The Platform is intended solely to facilitate participation in virtual fitness activities.
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes medical, healthcare, nutritional, physiotherapy or fitness advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
15.3 Third Party Services
Procam neither owns nor controls any Third Party Service integrated with the Platform.
Accordingly, Procam makes no warranty regarding:
- availability;
- functionality;
- security;
- data accuracy;
- interoperability; or
- continued integration,
of any Third Party Service.
15.4 Technology Disclaimer
Without limiting the foregoing, Procam shall not be responsible for any interruption, delay, failure or inaccuracy arising from:
- GPS errors;
- satellite interference;
- internet outages;
- cloud infrastructure failures;
- mobile network disruptions;
- wearable device malfunction;
- software bugs;
- operating system updates;
- cybersecurity incidents affecting third parties;
- API failures;
- power outages;
- device incompatibility;
- user error.
Participants acknowledge that digital activity tracking is inherently dependent upon technology over which Procam has limited or no control.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
(a) Procam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages;
(b) Procam shall not be liable for any loss of profits, goodwill, opportunity, reputation, business, data or anticipated savings;
(c)Procam shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, disabilities or death arising from participation in any Event except to the extent directly caused by Procam's fraud or wilful misconduct;
(d) Procam shall not be liable for any act, omission or default of any Third Party Service, payment gateway, internet service provider, telecommunications operator or device manufacturer;
(e) Procam shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from Force Majeure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, Procam's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Fees actually received by Procam from the participant for the specific Event giving rise to the claim.
The limitations contained in this Clause allocate the risks between the parties and constitute an essential basis of this agreement.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Procam, its holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, consultants, volunteers and agents from and against all claims, proceedings, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
(a) your participation in an Event;
(b) your breach of these Terms;
(c) your violation of applicable law;
(d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other third-party rights;
(e) your Content;
(f) fraudulent Activity Data;
(g) misuse of the Platform.
The obligations under this Clause shall survive termination of these Terms.
18. Suspension, Disqualification and Termination
Procam may, with or without prior notice, suspend, restrict, terminate or permanently prohibit access to the Platform where it reasonably believes that:
(a) these Terms have been breached;
(b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred;
(c) Activity Data has been manipulated;
(d) registration information is inaccurate;
(e) participant conduct may adversely affect the integrity, safety or reputation of the Platform or any Event;
(f) continuation of participation may expose Procam or other participants to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
(g) such action is required by law or by any competent governmental authority.
During any investigation, Procam may temporarily freeze:
- rankings;
- certificates;
- badges;
- prizes;
- rewards;
- withdrawals;
- Account functionality.
Termination shall not affect accrued rights or obligations.
19. Service Availability and Maintenance
The Platform may be unavailable from time to time for:
- scheduled maintenance;
- emergency maintenance;
- upgrades;
- security enhancements;
- infrastructure migration;
- bug fixes.
Procam shall endeavour to minimise disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may be added, modified, suspended or permanently discontinued at any time.
20. Force Majeure
Procam shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- acts of God;
- natural disasters;
- epidemics;
- pandemics;
- war;
- terrorism;
- riots;
- civil commotion;
- governmental action;
- judicial orders;
- strikes;
- labour disputes;
- power failures;
- internet outages;
- cyberattacks;
- cloud service failures;
- telecommunications failures;
- satellite failures;
- GPS disruptions;
- failures of Third Party Services; or
- any other event beyond Procam's reasonable control.
Where any such event materially affects an Event, Procam may cancel, postpone, modify or reschedule the Event without liability, provided that it may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative Event, credit or refund.
21. Changes to the Platform and these Terms
Procam may modify, enhance, withdraw or discontinue any part of the Platform or any Event at any time.
Procam may amend these Terms from time to time.
Where changes materially affect participants' rights or obligations, Procam shall provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by electronic communication.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
You consent to receiving notices, disclosures, invoices, updates and other communications electronically through the Platform, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification or any other electronic mode notified by you.
You acknowledge that clicking an "I Agree", "Register", "Continue", "Submit" or similar button, checking an acceptance box or otherwise electronically accepting these Terms constitutes your legally binding electronic consent and shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
23. General Provisions
23.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the applicable Event Rules, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Platform and supersede all prior communications relating to the same subject matter.
23.2 Event Rules
Procam may publish Event-specific rules, eligibility criteria, prize terms, FAQs or participation guidelines from time to time.
To the extent of any inconsistency, the Event-specific rules shall prevail over these Terms solely for that Event.
23.3 Assignment
Participants may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms.
Procam may assign or novate its rights and obligations without participant consent in connection with any merger, restructuring, business transfer or sale of assets.
23.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23.5 Waiver
No failure or delay by Procam in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.
23.6 Relationship
Nothing contained in these Terms shall create any partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary or joint venture relationship between the parties.
23.7 Survival
Clauses relating to intellectual property, publicity, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and any provision intended by its nature to survive shall survive termination or expiry of these Terms.
24. Grievance Redressal
Participants may submit complaints relating to the Platform through the contact details notified on the Platform.
Procam shall endeavour to address complaints within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
Nothing contained in this Clause restricts a participant's statutory rights available under applicable law.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The parties shall endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably through good faith discussions within thirty (30) days.
Failing such resolution, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Procam. If such appointment is successfully challenged or otherwise cannot be made in accordance with applicable law, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Nothing contained herein shall prevent Procam from seeking interim or conservatory relief before the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction for such purposes and for any proceedings that are non-arbitrable under applicable law.
